The tot entered the world at the Gloucestershire Royal Hospital on January 17. She weighed 7lbs. 12oz. and is 16th in line to the throne.
Tindall was with Phillips when she gave birth, with the royal family said to be delighted by the new arrival.
“The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Princess Royal, Captain Mark Phillips and Mike’s parents, Mr Phillip and Mrs Linda Tindall, have been informed and are delighted with the news,” the palace said in a statement.
Phillips, 32, and 35-year-old Tindall married at Canongate Kirk in Scotland in July 2011.
Mia is Queen Elizabeth II’s fourth great-grandchild and will be a playmate for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s son
Prince George, who was born last summer.
Tindall has been regularly updating his fans with the latest on Phillips and their new arrival on Twitter, including discussing what a hands-on dad he is.
“Thanks so much for all your kind messages. Definitely the best day of my life today, so happy.! The girls are both doing great! Big thanks to all involved at Gloucester Royal, they were fantastic!” he wrote last week.
“One handed nappy change has now become a work on:) (sic).”
