The Church of Scientology has responded to rumors that they were “tailing” actress and soon-to-be ex-wife of Scientologist Tom Cruise… Katie Ho,mes reportedly feared she was being watched by the mega-church.
Gary Soter, lawyer for the Church, released this statement in response to the rumors “the Church of Scientology is not following Katie or conducting surveillance on her in the wake of her divorce with Tom Cruise.”
Several vehicles have been spotted following Katie in recent weeks, but again the lawyer says the Church is not behind it.
Katie told inside sources that she had concerns specifically about a white Cadillac Escalade and black Mercedes SUV that have been seen near her NYC apartment for the past week.
However, some media sources are saying an unnamed publication has ordered a tail to be put on Miss Holmes to gather information.
