Michael Jackson’s ex-wife and the mother of his two eldest children, Debbie Rowe, has agreed not to challenge the singer’s mother for custody of the children, a Jackson family lawyer said in a CBS News interview.
A will from Michael Jackson written in 2002 has been located, but it may be one of several, the Jackson family lawyer said Tuesday. “We need a certain amount of time to look at that,” lawyer Londell McMillan said, referring to whether other wills exist.
