Beckham to stay at Milan for rest of season
David Beckham will stay at AC Milan until the end of the Serie A season after a deal was reached with Los Angeles Galaxy, the Press Association reported on Friday. Under the agreement, the football icon will return to play for Galaxy in Major League Soccer from July until October before returning to Milan for the remainder of the next Italian season. But the massive crowd of cars at the stadium during the weekend had more to do with income than infield plays. A two-day job fair to fill some 500 part-time jobs during the baseball season, from stadium security to hawking beer during the games, attracted nearly 7,000 applicants.
