Children were among the victims of a plane crash that killed as many as 17 people Sunday in Butte, Montana, according to authorities in Oroville, California, where the aircraft stopped for fuel. Killing sparks protests in Kashmir

Protesters — angry about the killing of a carpenter, allegedly by Indian paramilitary forces — on Thursday stormed the streets of a village near Srinagar, the capital of Kashmir. Frozen man’s will still a mystery as relatives prep lawsuit
