After 10 years of marriage, eight kids and a popular reality show documenting the ups-and-downs of life with two sets of multiples, Jon and Kate Gosselin are officially separating. CNN responds to Iranian hacking accusation

Myanmar’s Suu Kyi turns 64 in prison

Myanmar pro-democracy figure Aung San Suu Kyi turned 64 in prison Friday, while a judge considers when to hear her appeal to allow more witnesses at her subversion trial. Court grants appeal in Suu Kyi case

Myanmar’s highest court Wednesday granted an appeal for more witnesses from the country’s top opposition leader, Aung San Suu Kyi, who is on trial on charges of subversion. Nyan Win, a spokesman for Suu Kyi’s National League for Democracy, said the court will hold a hearing Friday, which just happens to fall on the pro-democracy figure’s 64th birthday. The court is expected to set a date for when the appeal will be heard.
