I can’t remember how to write a capital Z in cursive. The rest of my letters are shaky and stiff, my words slanted in all directions.

Legend Watson backs British Open age limit
Tom Watson is backing a ruling to set an age limit of 60 for former champions to take part in the British Open – despite coming within a whisker of taking the title at Turnberry on Sunday – aged 59. Watson told CNN that the Royal and Ancient, who run the British Open, had made a “sensible decision and I concur with it.” It will mean that the eight-time major winner will be making his final appearance in the British Open at the ‘home of golf’ St.Andrews next year, but the American legend has no regrets.
Cricket: Australia facing defeat at Lord’s
England were heading for victory in the second Ashes Test at Lord’s after reducing Australia to 178 for five wickets at tea on the fourth day. The 2007 Tour de France winner launched a devastating attack on the slopes of the final ascent of the day, leaving his rivals standing to finally cross the line 43 seconds ahead of Luxembourg’s Andy Schleck, with Italian Vincenzo Nibali third another 20 seconds behind. The Spaniard’s success moves him one minute 37 seconds ahead of Astana teammate Lance Armstrong, after the American seven-time champion was left behind by Contador’s attack – eventually finishing down in ninth position
Study: Hormone therapy increases risk of ovarian cancer
Women who use hormone therapy after menopause may be at a higher risk of ovarian cancer, and the risk remains elevated for up to two years after women stop taking estrogen, a new study says. What’s more, even a relatively short duration of hormone therapy — less than four years — is associated with a 30 to 40 percent higher risk of ovarian cancer in current users, according to the study, which was published Wednesday in the Journal of the American Medical Association. However, experts say this may not be as scary as it sounds

Time running out to find Air France 447’s ‘black boxes’
Investigators probing the deadly crash of Air France flight 447 over the Atlantic are running out of time to find the flight data recorders which could prove crucial to working out what caused the disaster. Although some debris and 50 bodies have been retrieved, air crash investigators remain in the dark about what caused the airliner to plunge into the sea off the coast of Brazil killing the 228 people onboard on June 1. The wreckage is believed to be about 15,000 feet (4,500 meters) deep, amid underwater mountains and mixed in with tons of sea trash
Dolly Parton
No one would ever describe Dolly Parton as demure. With her sky-high hairdos, long red nails, memorable curves, and naughty sense of humor, Parton has a textbook case of bodaciousness. After receiving an honorary doctorate last month at the University of Tennessee, Dolly exclaimed: “Just think, I am Doctor Dolly
Defending champion Nadal out of Wimbledon
Defending champion and world number one Rafael Nadal has been forced to withdraw from next week’s Wimbledon Championships because of his on-going knee injuries. Iranians get word out despite official obstacles
Iranians have had to tailor their usual ways of communicating in the post-election tumult that has swept through the country. “Censoring is very bad here and they have reduced Internet speed,” two Iranians who had sent pictures of casualties from a reported attack on a dorm at the University of Tehran wrote to a friend outside the country
