Interpol has issued alerts for at least two Pakistani Islamists wanted by India for last year’s terror strikes in Mumbai that killed more than 160 people. Karzai has 422,137 votes, compared to 330,711 for his nearest challenger, his former foreign minister, Abdullah Abdullah.
