Sydney Spies, teen whose senior photos were too hot for the yearbook, was arrested early Aug. 13, 2012, on suspicion of obstructing a police officer. She is currently free on $500 bail.
Sydney Spies, the 18-year-old Colorado teen who gained fame earlier this year after student editors deemed her senior photo too racy to use as her yearbook picture, has been arrested with her mother for allegedly throwing an underage drinking party. The Durango Herald reports Spies is accused of blocking officers from entering her mother’s home during a party on Aug. 12, 2012. Police say her mother, Denise “Miki” Spies, was home during the party.
