Kiwi singing superstar Lorde and Kiwi basketball star Steven Adams appear to have a mutual appreciation society going.
The two showed each other some proud Kiwi support, when the singer went to his basketball game – and the player went to her gig in Chicago.
Adams, who plays for the Oklahoma City Thunder, tweeted that it was “awesome” meeting the double-Grammy-winning singer. He shared a photo of him, at 2.13m tall, towering over the songstress backstage.
