Do you think looking tan is hotter than looking pale? Do you spend all your fay off laying by the pool or at the beach under the sun so when you go back to work you can look like you just came back from Hawaii or some place tropical? or do you skip the sun block because you think that sun is harmless and it is good for your skin?
Well think again.
Here is a picture of a 69-year-old man who drove a truck for 29 years which means that the left side of his face had been exposed to sun and suffered considerably.
Dermatologists at Northwestern University ended up studying his case and publishing their findings in the New England Journal of Medicine. We are not going to publish the whole story here but I am sure that you got the idea. If you can’t stand the heat stay out of the kitchen and if you don’t want your face to look like this stay out of the sun at least put some sunblock on.
