Actor Philip Seymour Hoffman has been found dead, reports say.
He was found in a Manhattan apartment, the Wall Street Journal reported this morning.
Police said Hoffman, 46, died of an apparent drug overdose, the New York Post reported.
New York police were investigating. The city’s coroner would determine cause of death, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Hoffman had struggled with drug addiction in the past and reportedly checked himself into rehab last year.
He won the Academy Award for Best Actor for the 2005 film, Capote.
