Bobby Brown is reportedly suing an American tabloid for making false reports he planned to re-marry his late ex-wife Whitney Houston just before her death.
The 44-year-old former New Edition singer is waging a legal battle against The National Enquirer, the New York Daily News reports.
He apparently filed suit against the publication in Manhattan Federal Court on Monday.
The Enquirer printed a sensational report about the former couple six weeks after Houston’s 2012 death at the age of 48. The tabloid claimed the pair had reconciled and planned to marry before she passed away.
