A Californian man is taking the makers of Miley Cyrus’ tongue to court.
Charles Nicholas Sarris is suing aN equipment supply company after he allegedly got injured while working on a tongue-shaped slide for Cyrus’ Bangerz tour, CBS reported.
Sarris filed an negligence complaint against ShowFX Inc in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking unspecified damages.
Sarris says he was hired to help out ShowFX employees who were building the slide at the company’s plant on February 3.
Equipment, tools, boxes and platforms provided to him failed and he fell, suffering serious injuries.
Sarris claims the company didn’t warn him about the potential dangers involved in the work.
