Kiwi singing sensation Lorde continues to rule the charts, clocking up another number one hit.
This week her song Team made it to number one on the Billboard adult pop songs chart.
In August last year she became the first female since 1996 to top the alternative songs chart with Royals.
Lorde, real name Ella Yelich-O’Connor, tweeted:
“Pretty amazing that team is number one on the pop charts in the states this week.. thankyou so much. my pop princess status is REAL rn.”
Team is number six on the Billboard Hot 100, which ranks across all genres. Royals is still number 20 on that chart, after reigning at number one last year.
