Kiwi teenager Lorde’s single, Team, has gone double platinum – meaning it has sold 2 million copies in the United States – today.
The 17-year-old star, real name Ella Yelich-O’Connor, thanked her fans on Twitter for helping her second single, after Royals, to go double platinum:
