On Monday Apple made an announcement regarding its new MacBook Pro. The new revamped device will feature a brand new retina display with 4 times the number of pixels than its predecessor. The new pro computer is also about 25% thinner as Phil Schiller, senior vice president of worldwide marketing at Apple announced on Monday “There has never been a notebook this thin, this light, this powerful for professional use.”
Some of the new features Apple is already Boasting about are:

- Incredibly thin and lightweight (.71 inches think and <4.5 lbs)
- 2 USB 3.0 Ports
- 2 Thunderbolt Ports
- 1 HDMI Port
- quad-core 2.7GHz Core i7 processor
- 768 GB of solid-state drive (SSD) storage
- Battery capacity of up to 7 Hours use and 30 days f Standby
The MacBook Pro will be released in anbout 2 weeks, according to apple and cost $2199
