A rare burst of fine weather in Wellington last winter allowed Michael Jooss to capture the city’s charms – and it also scooped him first prize in an international student film contest.
The German film intern shot a tilt-shifted, timelapse video of Wellington in two weeks of winter last year, and there is not a drop of rain in sight.
