Katy Perry is said to have fallout with Rihanna as she disapproves of her relationship with Chris Brown.
According to the New York Daily News, Rihanna’s relationship with Chris Brown has put a strain on her friendship with the “Part of Me” singer, and the two are “barely talking.”
Sources close to Perry revealed “there has been tension” between the pop stars since Rihanna reunited with Brown, and she even skipped out on Perry’s recent Halloween party. According to the source, Perry, like many others, fear that Rihanna is ” making a huge mistake and doesn’t want to be part of it.”
The 28-year-old pop singer is said to be against the recent reconciliation between her 24-year-old former best pal and her ex boyfriend, as she believes Rihanna is “making a huge mistake” by hanging around with Chris who is still on probation for violently beating her in 2009.
“They’re barely talking and ever since the couple reunited, there has been tension between them. Katy has been spending a lot of time with pals Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. Katy fearsRihanna is making a huge mistake and doesn’t want to be part of it,” Conatctmusic quoted a source as telling the New York Daily News.
The Part Of Me singer had earlier given a miss to Rihanna’s star-studded Halloween bash in Los Angeles and chose to attend the Hollywood Forever Cemetery Halloween Party nearby instead.
On the other hand the Diamonds singer was also noticeably absent from Perry’s 28th birthday party last month despite being in the same city.
However, the last time Katy and Rihanna were spotted hanging out together was at the MTV Video Music Awards in September during which Rihanna shared a public peck on the lips with Brown.
