According to In Touch magazine, Simon Cowell and the sultry ‘Scary Movie’ actress shared an intimate meal together at Cecconi’s in West Hollywood Saturday night.
Simon, 52, amazed diners by kissing and canoodling with the former Playboy model, 40, at a posh restaurant.
An onlooker said: “They were getting very cosy.
“They were holding hands and staring into each other’s eyes — then they started making out.
“They were with other friends at the restaurant, but didn’t seem to mind.”
The pair beamed as they left Cecconi’s in West Hollywood on Saturday night and got into Simon’s limo.
Fans first witnessed them flirting relentlessly when Carmen was a guest judge on Britain’s Got Talent in February.
At the time, she was engaged to guitarist Rob Patterson but they broke up in May. Simon split from make-up artist Mezhgan Hussainy, 39, in January. He has been seeing Carmen while working on the US version of X Factor.
A pal of the former Baywatch star said: “Carmen loves hanging out with Simon. They’re having fun.
“She is getting back in the dating pool and Simon treats her very well.
“It’s all very laid back at the moment but they are both enjoying themselves.”
