Hurricane Felicia strengthens, heads toward Hawaii

Hurricane Felicia intensified over the Pacific Ocean Wednesday, strengthening to a Category 4 storm with sustained winds of 140 miles (220 kilometers) per hour, the U.S. National Hurricane Center reported.
