A former professor of Barack Obama, Roberto Unger, has turned against his one-time student and publicly urged voters not to re-elect him and posted a video on YouTube detailing the reasons why.
Throughout the last election, the prominent Brazilian politician was on the president’s speed dial, but now is urging American voters to turn away from the democratic party when voting for the executive branch this election.
His reasoning is he believes the president has not done enough to advance the cause of the progressive party. He even goes so far as to say the president has surrendered his ideals under the cloak of compromise.
Unger theorizes that a total take over by the conservative interests will cause a great unification of the Democratic party thus propelling the progressive cause into action, eventually.
