Well it has been a long time since we heard another celebrity death hoax so this wasn’t shocking to most of us, for other Pitt fans “I am sorry for your loss”
Global Associated News report said that the famous actor died early Sunday in a snowboard accident in Switzerland.
According to the fabricated story, which set off a brief firestorm on Twitter, the 48-year-old superstar “lost control of his snowboard and struck a tree at a high rate of speed,” causing his demise.
The website did post a disclaimer in tiny print at the very bottom of the webpage, that said “about this website. FAKE…THIS STORY IS 100% FAKE! This is an entertainment website, and this is a totally fake article based on zero truth and is a complete work of fiction for entertainment purposes!”
Which hasn’t been noticed by a lot of readers.
This is not the first time a celebrity announced as dead.
According to false news reports fallowing celebrities died long time ago;
Jon Bon Jovi was found dead in New Jersey during a world tour.
Cher was found dead in her home.
Lindsay Lohan died of an overdose and the rumor was confirmed via Twitter by a fake Kim Kardashian.
The teen sensation ‘Justin Bieber’ has been the subject of numerous false reports of his untimely death. Being shot in a New York nightclub and overdosing on drugs are two popular ones .
Paris Hilton announced as dead twice while she was in jail. The first, disguised as a CNN report, had the heiress stabbed seven times with a shank by a fellow inmate, while the second claimed she had committed suicide.
