“I am the Luckiest Broad on Two Feet” is what Betty White said at a ceremony to unveil the wax figure made of her on June 4, at Hollywood’s Madam Tussaud’s Wax Museum.
The figure, wearing a rhinestone studded pink jogging suit studded and white tennis shoes was almost as adorable as the real thing.
Of the wax likeness Miss White did take time to make a small joke “Why did they have to wait to do this till I was ninety…. A few decades ago would have been swell.”
Betty White was approached once before by the wax museum who wanted to make likenesses of the entire Golden Girls. However that idea never came to fruition according to Betty because “Bea Arthur wouldn’t do it.”
The Glamorous star also had this to say of her double “She’s just beautiful”
