Stunning day-in-the-life visuals of 10 epic New Zealand locations are captured in an exhibition in Auckland.
Artist Joseph Michael used time-lapse photography to bring to life amazing landscapes and awe-inspiring starscapes from around the country in four-minute looped videos, each presented in ultra high definition.
Described as the “king of time-lapse’ by Photography Monthly UK, Michael said the project was one of the most demanding he has ever undertaken.
“This project was challenging every step of the way.
“In terms of my skill as an artist and film maker, it really pushed me beyond what I thought was capable.
