Chris Brown is reportedly being investigated for criminal battery following his brawl with Frank Ocean earlier this year.
The musicians and their entourages are believed to have got into a fight in the parking lot of a Los Angeles recording studio in late January.
Although there were reports shortly afterwards that the case had been closed, TMZ now suggests that may not be the end of it.
The website is speculating that the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office has kept the incident file active and is still deciding if Brown will be prosecuted for battery.
Brown’s rival Frank decided not to formally press charges at the time, but it has been claimed the case is under review.
