Christina Aguilera has moved next door to Charlie Sheen.
The 32-year-old singer has purchased a $US10 million ($NZ11.8m) mansion in Los Angeles’ posh Mulholland Estates, according to TMZ.
The website reports the residence stretches 1022 square metres and includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a library, bar, screening room, salt-water pool, spa and bathhouse, among other luxuries.
Sheen famously lives in the exclusive neighbourhood and is known for throwing parties that rage through the night at his residences.
According to RealEstalker, the Anger Management star owns three homes in the gated community.
He purchased a 743sqm property for $US7.2m ($NZ8.5m) in 2006 and scooped up a 838sqm abode for close to $US7m ($NZ8.2m) in 2011.
Earlier this month it was reported he purchased his third, 616sqm pad that went off the market in October for $US4.8m ($NZ5.6m).
Christina appears to be downsizing after selling her $US13.5m ($NZ15.9m) mansion in nearby Beverly Hills last year.
The singer, who shared the home with ex-husband Jordan Bratman, is believed to have made a profit on the property as she first purchased it from Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon in 2008 for around $US11m ($NZ12.9m).
The estate was also featured in MTV reality series The Osbournes.
