Police will not files charges against a Texas man for beating another man to death. The reason is he allegedly caught him while he was raping his 4-Year-Old daughter.
As the Texas family was outside tending to the horses during a social gathering their 4-year-old daughter went back into the house. Lavaca County sheriff, Micah Harmon explains what happened next “The father caught a 47-year-old man — with whom he was casually acquainted attempting to molest his daughter, The father then allegedly punched the man in the head until he died.”
The identity of the man is being withheld due to the nature of the alleged crime. Harmon said of the girl that she is “ok, besides the obvious mental trauma.”
The sheriff told cnn of potential charges “You have a right to defend your daughter,” he told CNN. “[The girl’s father] acted in defense of his third person. Once the investigation is completed we will submit it to the district attorney who then submits it to the grand jury, who will decide if they will indict him.”
